FAQs
What is the check-in and check-out process?
Check in at the Bayview Kids station to receive matching security tags. Only the adult with the matching tag may pick up a child after service.
How do you keep children safe?
All volunteers are background-checked and trained, and we follow clear safety policies with appropriate supervision and ratios.
What happens during Bayview Kids?
Kids enjoy age-appropriate worship, Bible teaching, small groups, games, crafts, and prayer—all designed to help them know and follow Jesus.
What if my child has allergies, medical needs, or special accommodations?
Please let us know at check-in. We’re happy to partner with you to support your child’s needs.
Can I stay with my child if they’re nervous?
We understand that transitions can be hard. For the safety of all children, only trained and background-checked volunteers are able to remain in classrooms. Our team is experienced in helping children feel comfortable, and we will contact you if your child needs you.
Do we have to be church members or Christians to attend?
No. All families are welcome, and we’re honored to serve children from all backgrounds.
We’d love to help! Please reach out to our Children’s Director, Rachel Teahan, at bayviewkidscv@gmail.com.
